My name is Olivia and I have now been teaching and practicing Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga for almost 13 years. In the past 7 years, I have also given birth to 3 beautiful children, it has been the most joyous yet challenging period of my life. Somehow I have managed to maintain my daily practice throughout my pregnancies and come back to where I was before and am determined to get even stronger! I’m currently working through the Advanced A and B Series of the Ashtanga Yoga System.

    ABOUT ME

    I teach Mysore Style Ashtanga Self-Practice at The Life Centre in Notting Hill, London, three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6.30am-9.00am. If you would like to attend these classes please book directly through the Life Centre website.

    I currently teach seven online Vinyasa yoga classes a week. Classes are open level, suited for beginners through to advanced practitioners. I pay close attention to the individual student, helping develop the student’s understanding of their own full potential, while allowing space for playfulness and fun.

    I also teach a post-natal recovery class, relevant to any mum, whether it’s been a few weeks, months or years since you gave birth! Sometimes it is challenging to use those lower core muscles again in a regular yoga practice, so come to this class if you would like to re-establish that connection.

    Finally, I also offer private yoga sessions, this can be one-2-one but also small groups. If you are interested, please email me.
